Yes, it can be and is used safely and effectively in enemas. (for vegans, see below)

One's own urine can actually be consumed safely and has healing qualities, if one observes the following:
You have not been eating meat and continue as such.
You have not been eating fried food and continue as such.
You have not been eating spices, and continue as such.

I have not tried a urine enema as a non-vegan. I know we can absorb nutrients through the intestinal walls.

I know people who eat foods like steak tartar regularly and raw milk, raw eggs, etc. They have used urine applied topically to heal deep health problems. (old vaccine damage)

I am not sure, maybe meat eaters can use urine in an enema.

For people who want to heal by administering urine to their orifaces, I think the urine can only come from a vegetarian animal or person. I have tried it while I was vegan, the urine tasted like water. I have tried it as a raw meat eater, and my urine tasted full of natural hormones. I didn't like that at all.

If you are interested in using this healing modality, I suggest you read a book on it.

People urinated on a rag and applied it to scrapes.

Now we buy ointments that contain urine from we don't know what or who with long chemical names so we don't recognize what we are using.

It's all about confusing us, and getting us to swallow confusion and not complain.
