The right to claim exemption from immunization based on religious beliefs is available to all persons who hold religious beliefs against immunization regardless of what any state statute may say regarding the necessity for membership in any particular religious group or church.

One of my children is nearly grown already, so she'll be on her own (legally) on this soon, and we won't have to worry about being legally pressured, unless they come up with a legal vaccination record requirement for adults to work, or be in certain social enviornments, which I wouldn't doubt. That concept has been in practice for years with our animals, so it's a small step to move it into human lives, regardless of 'human rights'. My son, however, still has several years to go, yet, and some day they will have children of their own. It's SO danged wrong that you have to worry about even being able to raise your children the way you feel is right, to the point of thinking it might be best to not marry at all someday.

In Az all we have to do is sign a form to make the child exempt from taking the shots to be able to attend school now. It goes like:
I declare my child________legally exempt from taking the immunization shot due to religions and/or personal convictions. Signed:__________
And that is all we have to do in this state. In Georgia, I almost lost 3 children because of the immunization shots. One got sudden infant death syndrome & stopped breathing in her sleep for the first year of her life. Another became instantly Autistic. Another got Henock Shernlines Purpra & would bleed under the skin anywhere he was lightly touched, got brain bleeds & became permanently mentally retarded, & got severe arthritis which he ha to this day at the age of 25. I have a grandchild now that became Autistic from his shots, & one that developed very severe eczema, & his skin looks like a burn victim chronically.
