I was saved at 5 water baptised at 8 filled with the spirit as a teenager and learned my Hebraic Jewish roots as a beliver as an adult and now walking in that light.

Do you adhere to a Biblical or Kosher style diet?

Yes I follow biblical kosher laws of Lev. 11 and Deu 14 but not rabbinical just Biblical the way Yahweh instructed. I started having trouble with eating pork when my stomcah got upset everytime I'd eat it then later was apart of Messianic Bible study where I learned it was not koshur to eat. Also my uncle who has a degree in natural health told me that they have paracites and my grandpa told me that one time when they ate too much pigs they has slaughtered the got a disease I think it is called sties but I"m not quite sure what he called it but I figured if Yahweh made me and the animals then he knows what is best for me to eat and what isn't so I follow His advice and stay away from pork and other unclean meats. This is to Plealse Him and to be heathier.

What do you think of Perscription drugs ?

Only use if a natural alternative can't be found for the condition. I think natural is the best because alot of drugs kill people every year but there are certain medicines and health conditions that require them but should only be used as a last resort.

What are your thoughts on Holistic /Natural healing ?

I believe Yahweh put certain things her for our healing and we should use them and I am a firm believer in natural healing. I use to have fibromyalgia with pain in my legs and severe asthma and allergies I no longer have these conditions as a result of seeing a homeopathic doctor/chiropractor who has a computer where he did research with clients and helped them to get well.
