Be aware that a major set of FEMA training exercises is scheduled for on July 27 through July 31, 2009
Be prepared. I advise staying indoors. If you are not already prepared make sure you have a facemask respirator and be safe. This is the real thing. Sleeping excessively can cause infections to remain in the lungs as well.

With your health history, I would try to get a full consult. There are very specific ways of eating for each and everything. For example, if I drank organic pasteurized milk, I would likely have a TIA or DVT again. What kind of fat are you eating? For myself, I am very sensitive to fats. Raw cream needs about 100 enzymes to digest. Grassfed unpasteurized butter on the other hand can be consumed by an unconscious person. Clots and strokes are so dangerous and unpleasant. Nice to hear from you and you are recovered. Any other good news? Is this the first time you've eaten starch foods in years? which starches have you chosen? What ratio to fat? In what ways are you feeling better? Are you eating raw mushrooms? What kind of honey will you buy? Is this the first honey for you in a while? I'm glad you are reading. Before adding more foods, maybe you can finish reading, so at least you'll have a base of knowledge. I'm watching someone right now who also has long severe health hx. They started this raw food last night. It brought on strange and vivid dreams for them, but otherwise they are tolerating it better than they expected. They are craving starches, but have decided on full raw so far. I know there are some raw starches. I'm going to post about one now. What kind of juices are you drinking?
