Do you adhere to a Biblical or Kosher style diet?

well as far as I don't eat milk and meat I dont really know what unKosher about vegtab;es and fruits... and the other stuff I get in Israel anyway so I never thought it being not kosher :) so I guess I do the Kosher way :)

What do you think of Perscription drugs ?

baaaa... "ichs" as our kids here say....
they ruin your brain and wellbeing.... Just live naturally and nature is the best perscription for humanbeings

What are your thoughts on Holistic /Natural healing ?

How can ReFuAh' health and Healing be a Benefit to the members?(moral support, advice, fitness tips, etc)

It can defenetlly show themn the miricale of eating raw and getting healthier... aswell as while eating raw- especially if u havent started raw since u were born, emotional topics etc come out lots of stress comes out, so from my journey i can say taking care of my mind aswell as my body ws a really importent step.

Do You understand the value of Prayer and intercession in regards to healing

actually i havent done it myself. but my partner always tell me to well in his words "ask the body or spirits to help me do the move" (for example when i massage.
and of course i feel the energy of prayers at the Shabat times and holidays.... wow... it does help you feel calmer. a kind of meditation i guess....
